The right to withdrawal (returns) are accepted within the EU up to 14 days after delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition & package with all tags attached. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Customers outside the EU retain the statutory right of withdrawal. Returns are accepted only if customs documentation is completed correctly. Any resulting customs or administrative charges will be deducted from the refund..

We will contact you once we received the returned garment(s), either with approval or rejection of the return. If approved, we will issue a cash-back immediately to the original method of payment.
